To participate in any gatherings, retreats or events organized by clayoga, participants are required to register in advance through our website. Registration is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Payment options include online payment through our secure website or bank transfer. Proof of payment may be requested for bank transfers.

All payments for gatherings, retreats and events are non-refundable Before enrolling, please ensure you are able to attend the gathering, retreat or event and consider purchasing a travel cancellation insurance.

as we make non-recoverable payments in advance to various partners to organize these gatherings, retreats and events in general we cannot offer exceptions to our policy.

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, fees for gatherings retreats and events are unfortunately non-refundable.

additionally, if you arrive late or need to leave early, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your scheduled time.

In the event that a gathering, retreat or event is cancelled by clayoga due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, severe weather, acts of terrorism, participants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration fee to a future gathering, retreat or event. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

clayoga reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the gathering, retreat or event program, including changes in schedule, venue, or facilitator, if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to either attend the modified program or receive a full refund.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during a gathering, retreat or event. clayoga will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

clayoga reserves the right to take photographs or record video footage during our gatherings, retreats and events for promotional purposes. By attending a gathering, retreat or event, participants consent to the use of their image or likeness in such promotional materials.

While every effort is made to ensure the safety of participants during our gatherings, retreats and events, clayoga will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal property or the personal made objects that may occur. Participants are advised to follow safety instructions provided by our facilitators and to take necessary precautions.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during gatherings, retreats or events. Any form of disruptive or unacceptable behavior may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
