registration: To participate in any workshop or event organized by Tiara Ceramica, participants are required to register in advance through our website. Registration is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 3 weeks prior to the workshop or event start date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total workshop or event fee will be applicable for cancellations made within this timeframe. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date, or no-shows on the day, will not be eligible for a refund.
Payment: Workshop or event fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment options include online payment through our secure website or bank transfer. Proof of payment may be requested for bank transfers.
Refunds: In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by Tiara Ceramica due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration fee to a future workshop or event. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
Change or cancellations of Workshop or Event: Tiara Ceramica reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the workshop or event program, including changes in schedule, venue, or facilitator, if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to either attend the modified program or receive a full refund.

Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the safety of participants during our workshops and events, Tiara Ceramica will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal property or the personal made objects that may occur. Participants are advised to follow safety instructions provided by our facilitators and to take necessary precautions.
Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the workshop or event. Tiara Ceramica will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Photography and Recording: Tiara Ceramica reserves the right to take photographs or record video footage during our workshops and events for promotional purposes. By attending a workshop or event, participants consent to the use of their image or likeness in such promotional materials.
Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during workshops and events. Any form of disruptive or unacceptable behavior may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
By registering for a Tiara Ceramica workshop or event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these General Terms and Conditions.
